Celebrating 19 Years of Ground Maintenance Services
Parkway Ground Maintenance was established in August 2000. Our owner, Dean McDermott, made the transition from self-employed operative to owner of the limited company. Parkway Ground Maintenance. He began his journey by studying horticulture. Dean then went on to pursue his dad’s trade and build his own limited company. Over the years, Parkway has progressed from a one man band with basic equipment to a well-established contractor. We have gained a top reputation across the Midlands and surrounding areas for providing high quality ground maintenance services.
Parkway are overwhelmingly proud of their accomplishments and awarded accreditations. Over the years, a number of awards have been gained by the Midlands contractor. E.g. Safe Contractor, Employer of Excellence, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 – as well as being a Bali Award winner. On top of these achievements Parkway is also an official Preferred partner of Rigby Taylor.
We are also approved contractors for both Duralock and Jacksons fencing. These prestigious achievements reflect the standards of Parkway and their ground maintenance services. They also highlight the company’s hard work and accomplishments.
Bali Award Winner
To be a Bali award member requires a great deal of recognition and meeting of criteria. Parkway, as a team, have consistently worked hard to achieve this. In order to gain, and remain, a member of this prestigious group, Parkway had to do several things. They received a number of high-quality references from clients and visited to review work and team performance checks on-site. Finally they reviewed company documentation and health and safety of the company. These audits remain on-going to ensure consistent high standards.
Not only are Parkway Ground Maintenance a member of Bali, but a Bali award was presented to Parkway for their consistently high standards of work. Specifically due to the work done on the police training ground, Tally Ho, in Edgbaston. To receive this award was a huge compliment to Parkway and it remains on display.
This year’s celebration allows Parkway to reflect upon the years of dedication and hard work that has gone into such a successful number of years. It provides the opportunity to set aims and targets and to continue to strive within such a growing industry.
