Through-out the winter months Parkway Ground Maintenance offer snow ploughing and gritting services on a 24/7 Basis. This period generally runs from November – April however, should you require these services outside of this period, this can be arranged due to unpredictable weather conditions.
With everything they do, Parkway aim to offer our clients a unique and personalised experience rather than a ‘one glove fits all’ approach. Below highlights just some of the ways in which we do this:
- Team gangs work over-night and early morning so that we can accommodate a time to suit you and your requirements
- Parkway Ground Maintenance charge per time at an agreed price and do not tie our clients into a fixed monthly price like other companies.
- All salt is stored in a covered barn
- Generally, brown salt is used as it gives more traction, however white salt can be provided if it is specifically requested
- Grit bins can be provided and kept replenished regularly
- Parkway Ground Maintenance are reliable and have been providing this service for over 20 years

To enable Parkway Ground Maintenance to provide the best gritting and snow plowing services, they use pick-ups with salt spreaders attached for the gritting of roads and for pavements gritting is carried out by hand, to ensure maximum coverage. They also have a range of snow ploughs for cleaning snow if required.
